Rest in Peace Our Friend

Today we laid to rest the fabulous “Junior” of the @juniormooreduo
It is a sad day for all of us here at Harmony.

Nick was one of our most dedicated supporters, he attended all of our events from the very beginning, he passionately shared our social posts far and wide, gave up hours of his personal time to volunteer at the hall and supported everything that we did here.

Nick ran some of his singing lessons from our hall before moving from Shepway, he hosted his own Sober Gig to a sell out crowd, during the early Youth Jam events Nick was on stage helping our young people, he even filmed some of his music videos with us. He was always there to give the management a boost when they needed it and his encouraging words will be missed in the difficult time that lies ahead.

We are honoured to be named as one of the charities accepting donations in his name. I know he would have loved that, and if he was still here today he would be doing everything in his power to help save us. πŸ’°πŸ’°

You probably don’t know this, but without Nick Moore, Harmony would not exist today. For it was one night at his flat in Shepway, three years ago, that the decision to rebuild Harmony was made. The idea of providing a space where young creatives can be supported and encouraged was fostered between Nick and Zoe in September 2021, thank you Nick πŸ§‘πŸ’œ

Your dedication and support will be remembered forever and you will be missed 😒

If, like Nick, you want to support Harmony, you can do so via our Crowdfunder as we try desperately to maintain our building in order to help young creatives to become confident and strong individuals through the power of music 🎢🎧🎀🎸πŸ₯
