A little about us:
Harmony Maidstone is a registered charity who looks to support people of all ages and backgrounds to get into performance and creative arts. Although it has been running since the early noughties, new management and a mobile working structure means the charity is heading into new and exciting avenues. With so much happening during this time and a new underpinning plan in the works, the current Ops Manager needs a helping hand with some basic admin tasks as well as support running events and planning future activities.
Current Ops Manager Zoe Sparkle has worked in the entertainment industry within Maidstone for over 15 years. From creating and managing the Maidstone Fringe Festival and local music venue The Rafters, Zoe has supported visual and performing arts and original music through pub gigs, council festivals, arts parades, high street stages, yarn bombing projects, street theatre and workshops. Now leading the Harmony charity and Maidstone Pride, Zoë is looking for day to day support, so this role has been created and awaits the right person!
To apply for this role please email your CV and a covering letter (that explains what you can bring to the role, as well as what positive impact you could have on the charity and the people we work with) to:
hello@harmonymaidstone.co.uk with the subject line: PA application 2025.
There will be two interviews for this role due to the nature of us being a volunteer management team.
