The HARMONY YOUTH JAM runs on the SECOND THURSDAY of every month and its a chance for under 18’s to hone their skills playing live and build confidence in a supportive and fun environment.

Harmony Maidstone is a creative space that encourages personal growth though creativity, and supporting young people at the start of their journey is great for the Maidstone musical community.

So if your young family members are not old enough to attend a pub based Jam Night, or they want to play to and with people more their age, then this night is for you!

We’ve had children as young as 10 take to the stage! Vulnerable adults and those with learning disabilities and neuro diversity are also welcome to perform.

There will be a full set up of amps, drum kit, piano, PA and lighting. There will be a sound engineer, stage manager and house band to keep things flowing as well. We’ll even have a few instruments here if you cannot bring one with you (please contact us first if you need to borrow an instrument).

So whether you play bass, guitar, drums, keys, sax, violin, harmonica, or you rap or sing or scat, maybe the flute, harp or triangle is more your style… whatever you play, join us!! If you just want to come and check it out, you can do that too, no pressure.
Once you’ve performed, you’ll get a FREE drinks token from Andrew the Peg Man!!

There is a £5 cover charge to help pay for the night, you’re welcome to up that if you wish, we won’t stop you paying more.
A sober bar will also be open all night selling soft drinks, hot drinks and snacks.
