This hour-long class, starting at 11am on Wednesday 16th August, will include gentle movement, breathing and relaxation techniques for the whole family to use.
£10 per one parent and child and then £3 per extra child and/or parent.
Rej is a BWY-qualified yoga teacher who has been practising yoga for 17 years and teaching for 8 years. Her approach to yoga is a gentle and meditative exploration of movement to deepen awareness of the body.
Classes have an emphasis on breath-work and relaxation as well as asana in a whole body and mind approach.
Please wear comfortable, loose(ish) clothing and bring a water bottle and blanket. Yoga mats are provided but feel free to bring your own if you would prefer.
